Returns Policy
We offer exchange or a credit note on full priced items without promotion or discount code.
Our Return and Exchange policy is strictly within 7 days of delivery of your items or within 7 days of purchase in boutique.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, deliberate damage, are not in original sale condition, have not been returned with all swing tags or hygiene stickers, damaged packaging or do not meet the above criteria.
Faulty items are repaired, exchanged, refunded or credited on approval from the manufacturer, where possible strictly within seven (7) days of receipt of item. Faults reported after this period are considered wear and tear.
Kin & Folk is not liable for faulty stitching, zippers, fabric or incorrectly labelled or sized items and requests to investigate such is sent via the manufacturer. Allow a minimum of two weeks for this claim to be processed.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, face masks, beauty products and lingerie can not be returned online or in boutique. Please consider purchasing these items carefully.
Swimwear must be tried on the first occasion over underwear, do not remove the hygiene sticker or swing tag as this will invalidate your order.
